Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. There is a 24 Hour cancellation period. 72 Hours for party's of 3 or more. There is a 50% Deposit for all packages, (No Exceptions). A 15% Gratuity is added to all services at time of checkout. (Gratuity on Specials such as Groupon, Double Take Deals, Done Deals etc... is based upon original price...) Gift Certificates are non refundable. Refunds cannot be issued on RETAIL after 60 days from purchase date. We reserve the right to bill for missed appointments (NO calls NO shows) Please contact us for details! We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, Debit Cards and local checks(There is a $25 returned check fee). We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to accept Out of State Personal Checks. Although we adore them, we ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.
