As a Christian, we sometimes have to remember to count it all joy when adversity comes against us! Some reviews I have read have been extreemly negative. We try to accomadate all of our guests as best as we can. Scheduling has always been the # 1 complaint in this industry! There are times when we just cannot please someone no matter how hard we try! If for any reason you are ever dissatisfied with your service here at Arianna's Retreat, please let me know so we can better serve you. We won't know if we are not made aware at the time of service. I ask every guest before they leave if they are pleased & so far, I have not had anyone say no! Yet I see comments to the contrary. Please, if you are not satisfied with your service, bring it to my attention & I will try to take care of it promptly. As Isaiah 54 verse 17 says " No weapon formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment thou shalt condemn! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. There is a 24
Hour cancellation period. 72 Hours for party's of 3 or more. There is a 50%
Deposit for all packages, (No Exceptions). A 15% Gratuity is added to all
services at time of checkout. (Gratuity on Specials such as Groupon, Double Take
Deals, Done Deals etc... is based upon original price...) Gift Certificates are
non refundable. Refunds cannot be issued on RETAIL after 60 days from purchase
date. We reserve the right to bill for missed appointments (NO calls NO shows)

Cards and local checks(There is a $25 returned check fee). We apologize for any
inconvenience but we are unable to accept Out of State Personal Checks. Although
we adore them, we ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.
